Quality control

Qualification certification

In order to set a series of quality standards, SAND has applied ISO / TS16949 quality management system since 2011. We make effective control and management according to the quality manual, procedure documents, standard documents, and operation instructions ,etc.

SAND applies APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE, QFD for R&D control; QC tools, 8D methods, process control operation instructions, CQP, initial inspection, pending inspection and defects display board for QC control ; Therefore, we can carry out TQM, and set up enterprise quality management performance mode to improve the quality of SAND brand.
